Customer Service Advisor

Service advisors are responsible for answering customer calls while scheduling appointments, creating dispatch tickets, directing traffic to appropriate parties. Must be friendly and enjoy communicating with our customers as well as capable of gathering detailed address information from their customers and acquire a basic overview of the service issue. 3-5 years customer service experience required and a working knowledge of the auto repair and towing industry are preferred. Tow Truck Driver

Responsible for the prompt response to dispatch requests to drive to the scene of an accident, breakdown or illegal parking situation. Must be able to connect the vehicle to the tow truck and transport it back to the service station, junkyard or impound. Drive responsible for attaching & detaching vehicles from truck. Hours can vary and will be discussed during interview. Should have clean driving record for at least 3 years and a valid driver’s license. Click here to apply. 

Service Adviser

Initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested. Verifies warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records. Auto Mechanic

Responsible for inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately. Inspecting vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade. Conducting routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity. ASE Certification required. At least 3-5 years’ experience preferred. Click here to apply.
